29-th of June in Yerevan, hotel “DOUBLETREE BY HILTON YEREVAN CITY CENTRE” was held the event “EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION – THE MODERN PARADIGM OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMMON MARKET. THE DIGITAL ECONOMY AND SMART GOVERNANCE MECHANISMS”. Тhe event was attended by:

The theme of the event was not chosen by chance, as currently the economic policy of Armenia is closely linked with the EAEU and businesses of EAEU countries need effective systems of interaction. One of such opportunities for business is cooperation of “Business-Dialog” CJSC with the “Russian Register” Certification Association, as a result of which Armenian organizations can obtain international certificates and export their products to all countries of the world. “Russian Register” Association is a leading certification and expert organization that provides comprehensive services for independent conformity assessment and expertise in all sectors of economic activity. The Association’s clients are organizations in Russia (Rosneft, Gazprom, KAMAZ, Gas, Ural, etc.), the CIS and the European Union (more than 40 countries). The Association is recognized as members of the IAF — American ANAB (national accreditation Council ANSI-ASQ) and Dutch RvA (Dutch accreditation Council), as well as IRIS Group (International Railway Industry Standard) and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council). The Russian Register certification Association has represented Russia in IQNet since 2003 and has 500 internationally recognized auditors. The Russian Register certification Association is already represented in Armenia by the “Russian Register – Ar” organization.

The opening speech was made by Yenok Azaryan, who noted that the purpose of the event is to increase the efficiency of the formation and development of the system of technical regulation in the EAEU and the deepening of strategic relations between the countries.
After the presentation of the “Russian Register” in Armenia Arkady Vladimirtsev, Director General of “Russian Register” Certification Association handed an an international certificate for ISO 9001 quality management system the organization “MEGRU TSHSHD”, Director Azat Gasparyan.
In Armenia, training of auditors in accordance with ISO 22000 and ISO 9001 was organized, which was conducted by an internationally recognized expert of the Russian Register. According to the results of training and examinations, participants received international certificates of the leading auditor of the International Academy IQNET (Switzerland) and the “Russian Register” Academy. Certificates were presented by the Regional Director of the “Russian Register”Association Alexander Sankov.
Gennady Voronin addressed the problems of quality, noting the importance of quality in life and talked about what happened in the hotel at night. “At night the fire alarm began, the building was evacuated, but there was no fire. It turned out that the fire alarm sensors began to respond to the smell of the drug.”
After the speech, Gennady Voronin presented awards to individuals and organizations in the following categories: “Face of the country” and “Smart management”.
